We totally understand that, in these uncertain times, you may not feel comfortable having visitors in your home.  Not to worry as we have perfected the art of designing at a distance – it is something that we have been doing for years. 

Our Remote Design Service is perfect for projects that we cannot get to for one reason or other.  It is a very popular option with our clients and we have different service levels to suit you.

Meet The Designer – 

We will start with a “get to know each other” chat to discover our synergy and which service level is right for your project.  Once that is achieved, we will run through what part each plays in the process (Oh yes, you will have some tasks to do too! But don’t worry, we will make it easy and fun.)

Send Us Measurements and Photographs – 

Great if you have a floor plan but, if not, we will guide you through easy pointers to measure the room.  Send us some photos of the space – again, we will guide you on the best way to take the pictures.  We will then create hand-drawn layouts for you. 

The Brief – Tell Us What You Desire – 

Here we get to know what you wish your room to do for you.  This discussion can be by email although it is better phone or video.  We know the questions to ask to discover your taste and to understand what we need to create for you. 

The Creative Process and Presentation – 

This is our part, where we hit the drawing board and open our creativity.  We will hand-draw the room layout to the optimum usage of the space.  Once this is approved, we can hand-design furniture for your unique interior, source pieces from our carefully curated library of suppliers and workshops.  We add fabrics and colour creating a beautiful mood board.  This is then presented to you and becomes yours. 

Self-Sourcing – 

You can buy standard items for yourself from suppliers and stores using the information we provide in your Design Scheme.   For any bespoke pieces designed by us, we will manage in-house the design and production process for you. 

Personal Buyer Service – 

For an extra one-off fee.  Sit back and let us do the work for you.  We will organise the procurement of items and pieces approved in the Design Scheme.  We will liaise with the suppliers including arranging the deliveries to your home.  Where available, we will endeavour to achieve discounts off the store prices and pass a discount on to you.  Often, clients can more than recuperate the service fee via the discounts, so a win-win result.
